Jeremiah's Starry Sky
Little Jeremiah, soft and small,
The evening sky will heed your call,
It scatters stars like diamonds bright,
To wrap your crib in silver light.
The moon peeks in to watch you play,
She hums a tune to guide your way,
Each twinkling star a lullaby,
To kiss your tiny eyelids dry.
Jeremiah, bathed in glow,
The constellations love you so,
They'll guard you through the velvet night,
With gentle, ever-glowing light.
