A verse written for one child’s name has no resale value to us, so there is nothing to be gained from an unhappy buyer keeping it.
Misspelled the name at checkout? That is the most common thing that goes wrong with any personalized gift, and it is covered. Tell us and we will re-issue the file.

Are there subscriptions, credits or hidden charges?
No. There is no subscription, no credit system and no recurring charge. Each keepsake is a one-time purchase, and the price you see is the price charged.
What is the Nursery Set for?

What if I want a keepsake for a second child?

Do you sell a framed print?
Not yet. The Framed Keepsake Print, 12×16 is in preparation and is not available to order, so there is no checkout for it and no pre-order taking your money. Today you receive a print-ready file and frame it yourself — 8×10 is a standard frame size, so no custom framing is needed.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
Every order. If the keepsake is not something you are happy to give or hang, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Because the verse is written for one specific name, we would rather fix or refund it than have it sit unused.
What if I misspell the name?
Contact us and we will re-issue the file with the correct spelling — a misspelling is exactly the kind of thing the guarantee exists for. It is still worth checking the spelling on the preview before you pay, since the preview shows the real poster.
How is the file delivered?
